Terms of service
The contract between Infrared Labs SAS and any customer using the platform. Read this first if you plan to send at scale.

1. The platform
Infrared provides transactional SMS delivery, sender verification, and compliance tooling via a web console and HTTP API. Messages are routed through carrier partners listed in our sub-processor register.
2. Acceptable use
Customers may send verification codes, transactional alerts, and consent-based marketing to recipients who have opted in. Prohibited uses include unsolicited marketing, phishing, fraud, impersonation of third parties, and any content that violates applicable law in the sender's or recipient's jurisdiction.
3. Billing
Infrared is usage-based. Customers top up their balance and are billed per successful delivery at the rate shown on the pricing page and in the per-route cost preview. Top-ups are processed in crypto; invoices are issued in EUR by Infrared Labs SAS.
4. Suspension
We may suspend accounts with unverified senders, unresolved compliance flags, or a sustained opt-out rate above our published threshold. Suspended accounts receive a written notice and 14 days to remediate before termination.
5. Liability
Infrared's liability is capped at the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by carrier outages outside our control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
